1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jay baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at jay-baji.com. By accessing any part of the jay baji platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jay baji platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jay baji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and jay baji.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of jay baji is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jay baji is an adults-only platform. Players under 18 years old are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting market on jay baji.
• You are accessing the platform as a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other individual or entity.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity where gambling activity constitutes a conflict of interest (for example, a sports official betting on events they officiate).
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jay baji or had your account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in your location before registering an account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on jay baji. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. If jay baji detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and the matter referred for further investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering an account, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. jay baji reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration or at any subsequent point during the account's lifetime.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jay baji strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. jay baji will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to a safe and compliant platform, jay baji may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jay baji supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jay baji does not accept payments in foreign currencies and does not charge platform-side conversion fees.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount on jay baji is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Players are encouraged to check the current limits displayed in the cashier section of their account before initiating a transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jay baji account in an average of under 30 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on the issuing institution. jay baji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed by the jay baji finance team as promptly as possible, typically within a few hours of submission during normal operating hours. All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification process. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, subject to applicable method limits. jay baji reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.

4.5 No Fees on Transactions

jay baji does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment service providers — including mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad — may apply their own transaction charges. Players should review the fee schedule of their chosen payment method independently.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Rules

jay baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, daily reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real cash. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, using automated tools or bots to claim or play through bonuses, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be subject to permanent suspension.

5.4 Promotional Modifications

jay baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already begun satisfying its wagering requirements, any qualifying real-money wagering completed up to that point will be acknowledged, and the matter resolved fairly on a case-by-case basis.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on jay baji are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, jay baji will refer to the official governing body's declared result as the authoritative source. Bets on events that are subsequently declared void by the governing body will be refunded at the original stake price.

6.2 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, odds fluctuate rapidly. jay baji reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time for technical or integrity reasons. Bets already accepted and confirmed before a market is suspended remain valid unless the underlying event is subsequently voided.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on jay baji operate under independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game studios and are available in each game's information panel. jay baji does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jay baji platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are considered void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, conduct unauthorised security testing, or interfere with the platform's systems or networks.
• Impersonating another player, jay baji staff member, or any other individual or entity.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling, including commercial resale or white-labelling of platform access.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by jay baji

jay baji reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. During a suspension, access to the account — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — will be unavailable pending investigation.

8.2 Permanent Closure by jay baji

Following investigation, jay baji may elect to permanently close an account. In cases of confirmed Terms violation, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after deducting any bonuses credited to the account, provided no fraudulent activity is confirmed. If fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, the full balance may be withheld pending resolution.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the jay baji support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless wagering requirements have already been fully satisfied.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jay baji platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jay baji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the jay baji platform without express prior written consent from jay baji.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jay baji and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, network outages, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on inaccurate odds or game information caused by a technical display error.
• Any interruption or discontinuation of the platform or any feature thereof.
• Unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

jay baji's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to Terms

jay baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via on-platform messaging or email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jay baji platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8.3.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and jay baji, we strongly encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] or via live chat so that we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Our support team operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including all Bangladeshi public holidays.

jay baji is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, we will engage an appropriate alternative dispute resolution process. jay baji will not enter into legal proceedings without first exhausting all reasonable internal and alternative resolution pathways.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
